This recipe is for the lemonade master cleanse. It is made up of 4 main ingredients:
1. Red cayenne pepper
2. Lemon juice
3. Filtered water
4. Maple syrup
Per serving instructions: Mix 10 ounces of water with 1/10 tsp of red cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
Water hydrates the body and also flushes the toxins out of your system. Cayenne pepper is a strong detox agent and the lemon juice assists in flushing out toxins. It also contains minerals and nutrients that are important to your body while cleansing. While maple syrup is used to sweeten the taste, it also has provides some natural detoxification benefits.
