Not sure why so many folks who are doing the diaries aren't having results. I figure I'm probably a prototypical person to be on this program as I'd eaten a ton of bad foods when I was younger due to laziness, poor nutritional habits from my parents.
At the time of beginning, I was 28 and 270 lbs. Weight was maintained as I'm fairly active, until I had an ankle injury, which occurred with too much consistency to ignore.
However, I'd always been sick consistently, and wanted to do something about my negative health. Went to see the doctor to talk about a myriad of other problems I had, and decided to start making the steps to take care of myself.
I've just begun on the program again, after doing it last year inconsistently for about a month and a half, and losing about 12 lbs.
My experience that I noticed from the beginning was increased energy.
What I had done was mixed the colonix in various high end fruit juices. Increased energy/health was probably at least effected by that.
Took the paranil with my vitamins.
Used the tea only occasionally. Esophogeal problems suggest not having liquids or food before dinner.
It took about 5 weeks for me to see one of the movements that everyone talks about. Mine resembled a snake, and was green. It looked to be the approximate size of what I expect my lower intestine to be, and looked like a thick snakeskin that had folded up into itself. I was assuming that whatever gunk I had inside had broken off in a 12 inch section and folded over itself.
It was the first one I poked with a stick. It was consistent and stayed together. Sort of resembled a snake skin when they shed it.
I had a second, very similar thing.
What I noticed from the first time around... I was having a LOT of HUGE BMs. Nothing crazy came out, but there was sure a lot. I imagine drinking that much juice with the mixture could increase volume out the back end.
I did lose weight on the program, and saw some interesting things come out.
Since I'd started maybe that year and a half ago, I've lost a bunch of other weight through lifestyle changes to get to where I am at currently.
Currently, I'm 240, and 30 years old.
This time, I will be eating healthier, on a renewed health kick, exercising more, and continuing to take this stuff to hopefully get rid of the other things that may be causing me sleep trouble.
Today, Aug 5 is my first day starting again. The first time I had bought the toxinout system as well, this time I won't be, as the pills were somewhat easier to remember to take if I took them all together, and used them all up.
I didn't have any negative experiences the first time I tried the system, other than BMs 3-4 times a day.
Today I started, and I already feel a little... inflated on the inside.
Anyway, my progress will probably be weekly or potentially more. My routine isn't trying to isolate anything specifically to this product, but it would be nice to keep a diary of my progress as I try to get that 6 pack I always wanted!

It's encouraging to see someone return. My husband and I are having mixed results. He would like to go 3-4 times a day. He is bigger than you are and although he works out a lot (sometimes like he's possessed, lol) he's always had problems with constipation. I'm the opposite. =\
FYI, we are only doing Colonix. Wanted to try that out first since it wasn't worth risking at the price.
