Hi Everyone, I love this forum, it's great to read about everyone's experiences.
A bit about me : 36 year old female, 140 lbs, 5'7''.
Reason for cleansing: To get some energy back so I can chase my 1 and 2 year olds around.
I've just started month 2 and other than having regular BMs 2 or 3 times a day, I am not seeing anything like what's on the Dr. Natura website, nothing too gross or out of the ordinary. Plus I see no increase in energy at all, in fact I feel a bit worse. I am however eating less and my skin is great. I've been drinking the 8 glasses of water a day. Are there certian foods I should be eating every day to possibly help the Colonix out?
Any advise or experiences would be appreciated. I had very little BMs when I did my 5 days break. I'm thinking the Tea is what I was missing.

Hi Tracy,
Sorry you haven't experienced what you were hoping for although it sounds like you've seen some benefits. It was suggested in the literature that comes with the Colonix to avoid caffeine and red meat, etc. and to increase fruits/vegaetables, grains and such.
Sometimes, I had days that felt flu-like and sluggish but definitely had less desire for coffee (which I did continue to drink to some extent) but I would still wake earlier and feel refreshed like I had slept well and felt more energetic in the morning which was unusual for me. I've also noticed that I do better when traveling. I use to get sick after a trip and catch whatever was going around but don't do that these days.
Hang in there...it seems best to do the program at least two months. We did the intial cleanse for three months and that would be my preference. You may find it beneficial to add some walking in to try and rev up your metabolism in conjunction with the program...thanks for posting! ![]()

My husband and I haven't seen much results, but we are only into our second week.
No additional energy, in fact some days we're tired but I heard that was natural in the beginning. Although this morning the cramping was too much for my husband, very painful but worse was the lack of results.
I did come across that too much senna (an ingredient in the tea) had nasty side effects if taken too much or too long, including dependency to eliminate. Like I said in my prior post, Natura CS assured me that Colonix uses a small amount blended with other herbs and did not pose a threat.
As long as you are following the instructions to the letter with the pills, powder, and tea I'd recommend not being afraid to call Customer Service with any specific questions or concerns as well as the forums here. The other couple of times I called they were friendly and offered an answer quickly.
