Jack-I did Dual Action Cleanse for almost a year. I recently found out that (their main ingredient) cascara segrada is a product that promotes bowel dependancy. After a few months the recommended doesage wasn't enough.  I called to speak witha representative and  he told me that I needed to order a "whole year's worth up front"  to be successful. This made no sense to me as they had been sending me the product every month. Their service is very inconsistent-it took a long time to get my order delivered every month on a consistent date.
