Kombucha and Colonix

I have a question and hopefully somebody has an answer.

I drink Kombucha almost daily. It is a culture grown in tea and the culture gives the drink beneficial probiotics, live active enzymes,  L-Theanine (an amino acid), organic acids, and Polyphenols

I am going to start using Colonix soon but I am wondering weather it would be beneficial or even detrimental to continue drinking Kombucha during my cleanse.

If someone could please advise me as to weather or not drinking Kombucha is a good or bad idea while using Colonix

Thanks guys,
and take it easy

Re: Kombucha and Colonix

I can't personally think of any reason why you couldn't continue with the tea. Probiotics are beneficial to the program so I'd go for it!

Just my two cents worth! wink

Re: Kombucha and Colonix

I'm a Kombucha-lover as well. I can't see any reason why you would need to stop one or the other.  Since Kombucha can have a cleansing and appetite suppressing effect for some, I would simply stop using it during the Colonix if you find you have diarrhea or are feeling weak or dehydrated. Play it by ear.
