Has anyone tried this system?  I keep seeing the infomercials and am curious. 

I just don't go to the bathroom like I should.  Heck there are times when I can not go for over 10 days and force myself to take something.  Hate laxatives etc but at almost 2 weeks something has to give.

I've tried prescription meds, increased fiber A LOT as well as water.  I've even started working out because the hubby tells me running helps "move things along".

There are so many programs out there it's hard to know which to go with.  Granted everyone is different...
