needing anything but the fiber and the pills?

I am on day six of the plan.  I have not used the tea at all, since I have always been very regular.  I am also not using the Toxinout so far, just the Colonix.  The hardest part for me is getting the doggone water down.  I hate drinking water and can't seem to get all 8 glasses in a day.  Could decaf tea count for any of the water? Is anyone else doing just the Colonix and nothing else?

I did the Colonix but took the Paranil as well, but only took the tea like 3 times b/c I didn't need it either.  As far as the your water issue is concerned, I suggest chugging it in the morning after you chug your fiber, and you'll be half done and can space the rest out over the day.  If you buy like, a case of water in bottles, they are about 16 oz per bottle.  That's only about 4 bottles per day.  That made it not seem as much to me anyhow.  Good luck.

Re: needing anything but the fiber and the pills?

Many of us did just the Colonix because Toxinout wasn't offered at the time of our initial cleanse. I know getting the water in can be difficult if you're not a water drinker. Sometimes a little lemon in the water can help you to get it down. Decaf tea would not be a good substitute. The suggestion about the 16 oz. water bottles may be helpful. I have a 32 oz cup I use in my office. And it's easy to go through it twice a day. I also drink RO water and that helps.

Wish you the best on the cleanse. Keep us posted!

Shoot - I was hoping the tea would have been okay.  It's funny that I can drink tea all day long, but not the water.  Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow.  So far, I haven't noticed anything at all, but I'll keep plugging along.  Today was my first day of four pills and a full scoop.  So I'm guessing the water may make a difference.  I actually thought about the water bottles, but my town doesn't recycle plastic and I just can't throw all that away.  I read a great suggestion some time ago that I think I'll try.  During a normal 8 hour workday, set your watch (or whatever) alarm to ring every hour.  Then drink just one cup of water.  This would work for this program since two cups are already in with the morning routine.

Well, I guess everyone is experiencing better luck than I.  I have gained a pound and have not noticed a single change in anything.  I'll keep going because I paid for the month, but so far, it's certainly been less than anticipated.

Re: needing anything but the fiber and the pills?

Well, maybe it's just water weight! Some people have bloating and other troubles the first couple of weeks. That's why a month sometimes isn't long enough for the first time. (We did three months.)

I don't know if you have tried the tea yet but it is designed to work synergistically with the other products. I'm 'regular' as well but the tea does enhance the elimination process. I'm currently doing a month maintenance round but have noticed the tea has given me diarhhea so I stopped for a few nights and will try again tonight. (I've just recently recovered from two bouts of the flu so I don't know if that has affected how I've reacted). I only steep it for a couple of minutes to keep me from getting stomach cramps in the night. Some people can steep it for ten minutes and have no reaction and others are far more sensitive.

Hang in there!
