Hello. I am new here and have never ever done a body cleanse. I am 35, very active 5'6" and 150lbs. I had very mild constipation and a protruding belly that never went away after having kids, so thought I would try the COlonix and see what happens.
I have yet to see anything like what I see from the pictures on the website, I have yet to experience ANY energy. I feel WORSE then before I started. I have muscle weakness while working out and way less energy to get through the class. I am very discouraged and will be considering a refund soon. Most testimonials suggest that they felt great after 4 days!!!!!!!!!!! I have yet to feel great. I am sleeping sounder but waking is extrememly difficult and I never can shake the tired feeling. I did get sick as well but don't know if that was just a fluke or not I could have gotten sick from my kids so don't really know if I was detoxing or not.
I guess I just need to know if any of this is normal??!?!?! Old aches and pains, especially achilles pain in right foot, which now feels like a heel spur has come back with a vengence. My memory has gone South and I feel generally like I am coming down with something, but I never actually catch anything! If I am detoxing how long does that last?! I cannot possibly continue feeling like this for 3 months! I am seriously beginning to wonder if this program is damaging something for me as I really felt so much better before I started. Anyone else have these types of experiences?!?!?! I need something encouraging!
Opps, a couple of things I forgot to mention, food craving are HUGE, VERY INTENSE, for sugar and I still love coffee and feel I need even more of it just to try to wake up!
Thank you!

It does sound like more than a detox reaction, especially with it persisting for so long without any positive benefits. I know the flu has been terrible here so I don't know if illness is skewing the results for you. Old problem areas can become apparent with any type of detox protocol. I experienced that but not continually.
If I could stand it, I might complete the month but you may have to discontinue it. Of those I know who didn't complete the program I don't know of anyone having the food cravings you describe. It makes me wonder if you have a major underlying yeast/candida problem. I assume you've been trying to follow some of the dietary recommendations.
I wish I had something more positive to share, but thanks for letting us know how you've responded. It gives a rounded out viewpoint to the cleansing experience.
