I was just wondering if anyone else has had a racing feeling at night after the Keri tea?? I feel way to energized/hyper to fall asleep~not used to this at all. I've been drinking the tea around 7pm and by 10pm I feel like restarting the day instead of going to bed?!
Does anyone drink the tea in the am because of this?? Does it go away??
P.S.
Any suggestions for these side effects(let you know steep tea 5 mins, srink over recommended H20)
bloating,
headache mid afternoon,
over energized late night from tea?
Hyper activeness~like too much caffeine

I forgot to add heartburn. And I should say that I could handle these things alot better if this is common among users and no need for alarm. It would be nice to know if anyone had these problems too and they went away and how long that took for them.

Suggestion for side effects - Patience! And make it quick!
Unfortunately, you seem to be having typical detox reactions from the product, bloating and headache were something we dealt with, too. The bloating took a couple of weeks as I recall. The headache, flu-like symptoms came and went.
We also felt energized and unable to sleep right away from the Kleri Tea but still felt like we were getting restful sleep (except when I awoke with cramping from the tea when I steeped it too long). That effect seemed to settle down but I don't know how long it took. We always drank it in the evening but hubby would have it right after supper to give the heartburn a chance to settle down before bed. Curiously, I would wake up many times feeling rested and did not sit comatose waiting for coffee to wake me up. I usually had two large cups of coffee in the morning but found I barely got through one cup and just didn't crave it. Stranger yet, I actually did household chores in the a.m.! Yikes! What has my world come to?! ![]()
My husband would get heartburn from the tea. For him, we think the cinnamon bark is the culprit because anything else he has with that spice will generally give him heartburn. He has bought the Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's Lemon Mint tea which doesn't have cinnamon in it but has the laxative effect.
Hang in there, hopefully the benefits will soon outweigh the detoxing side effects. If in doubt about any effects, a call to DrNatura might be in order.

I've had a some heartburn from the tea as well. I found a similar tea, but I can't recall the name. Anyway, it worked perfectly and the heartburn stopped with in a few days. Best of luck with the rest of your detox.
