On your mark...

Box arrived yesterday....oh goody I can start on Tuesday.  The office is anxious to know all the details.  I took the boxes to work so they could see all the goodies.  You see, we are all on diets wanting to be ready for spring.  We were thinking up some good monikers for the cleanse like...Ass gasket, Smooth Move, Exit only, and more we will think of and share here.   A sense of humor is important when you do this kind of human stuff.  hehehe

Day 1, Tues, Feb 19:  Weighed in at 146 lbs.  Began with Paranil @ 0515 and fiber w/ apple juice at 0530 then off to work with coffee in hand.  I know, I love my cup or 2 of joe in the AM so have no plans to change that.  About 9 AM I stopped and had an egg sandwich on the run.  I am regular in the early morning and today was no exception, tracking 2 big normal soft ones and a small one by 8, but then again we are now off to the big races!    Around 12 I took 2 toxinout with my water.

I had a salad for lunch around 2 and am still drinking my h2o.  I bought a case for my car since I am on the road most of my work days.  Around 4PM I stopped at the gym to swim 12 laps...and am feeling good from the exercise.  Boy does that feel great to exercise again.
Haven't made dinner yet, but plan to have some polenta, spinach and cannelini beans, & my Detox tabs  tonight and maybe a glass of wine or a Molson and then Kleritea before bedtime.  Will report any changes to this agenda in tomorrow's diary.   Over and out, Bonnie

Re: On your mark...

Day 2. Slept well last night.  Some mild movement in my belly...probably from stuff moving through the tubes.  We'll see in the morning.  I recall having a slight headache during the night but only very slight.   Upon waking, took Paranil then fiber and grabbed a yogurt & my coffee before going to work at 0540.  I had 3 movements before 0600, 2 large and a runny one.  Otherwise feel great.    I ate a bagel mid morning and had some cranberry juice.  Ate salad for lunch and part of a wrap.  I sat in a class all day.  For dinner it was out with friends at a nice steak house with steak, asparagus, some potatoes, red wine and a glass of grand ma for dessert.  Yum!  I will watch the lunar eclipse at 10 along with my cup of tea and Flora tabs.  Then good night and off to bed!

Re: On your mark...

Hi Layla,   Are you planning on doing the program or trying it ?  I am only on day 3 but have found the routine to be gentle and easy to do with a little focus.  My health is good to excellent so that may help with flowing easier with the routine.  It does help to be positive with your attitude when you make changes in your lifestyle even if it is temporary such as with a cleanse.

While I am here I will report on day 3.  I have been mixing my morning fiber with Almond milk which is tasty followed by a glass of h2o.  Lunch was a bbq pork sandwich, some salad and a brownie  (I sat in an all day training class....)  Drink the water.  That is important.   I had 2 normal movements this morning and a surprise one in the afternoon, so that makes 3.  We are having smorgasbord out of the fridge tonight and are expecting snow and ice overnight.  Stay cozy by the fire and drink my Kleritea later on!    Thanks for your note.   Bonnie

Re: On your mark...

I've actually tried a few different cleansing methods in the past.  I'm considering the Dr. Colonix as my next one.  I never seem to feel completely detoxified after.

Re: On your mark...

Day 11.  Following the dosage increases from Day 6... I have been mixing the fiber with Almond milk in the AM and mixing it with a hand blender...so easy.  I think the increase of water intake and COlonix-toxinout routine has made me feel much better and lighter.  Since last week I have been going 2-3 times in the morning...pretty good BMs.  Every other day or so (when I am drinking my water) I am having a nice BM in the afternoon.  They are light in color andsoft.  SOme parts look like squished up pellets  (may be old stuff).  Today it was very light in color.  I wonder if some of the 'hardpan' is making its way to the exit...

I haven't weighed myself this week.  I stepped on the scale a few days ago and was higher than when I started.  I have been excercising at the gym & pool a few times a week, but haven't been regular with it.  I do feel better.  Had my massage today and that feels great!  I'll drink my h2o this weekend and really feel great!  Salad for lunch.  I was being good, except for this morning when I visited one of our other offices where they had some donuts on the table...
