This is my journey to share for the Fiber and Keri Tea only effects (no de-bugging for me yet)
(problem: I can not eliminate"crap" normally~lucky to 2x's a week. (My physician is well aware, and I've tried everything unatural in a pill form and fiber supplement)
Day 1, Mon 2/18: Lots of Water for me (60 plus oz.) Lot's of pee.
Drank fiber in a South Beach Strawberry/Banana Water~Not bad, gritty~didn't do the blender
Lot's of gas (never in my life have I had this)
Drank Keri Tea at 7pm, steeped for 4 minutes~tasted better then what I was expecting and smelled good too.
Day 2, Tues 2/19: Bloated beyond belief, belly feels like a over filled waterbed~kinda sucks~No BM yet?
