Hi every1 I just came across this blog and I am happy that I am not alone. When i first entered college about 3 yrs ago I started eating reallyyy bad you kno ordering chinese and stuff. Now my body is paying for it. im sorry if i post too much info but skip it if you have a weak stomach. My stools started changing colors recently from orange to green and now finally brown. I noticed that there would be pink spots in it and now i have this burning senstaion around my waist and back. I jus got tests done for the lab and im waiting on results. I wanna do a colon cleanse but I’m scared to see what comes out. I know some of you are saying well dont you want these things out? I do but I have a weak stomach lolll. I also have been suferrering from nail fungus, twitching, shaking and anxiety which gets annoying especially because im a music major.
I’m tired of my parents telling me im imagining this. I am always feeling these “ufo’s” moving around my stomach, back, and sides. Is it possible to feel the parasites moving in parts of your body?
I am also suffering acedemically wise. I have a hard time concentrating during class
Ive been reading tons of posts and now Im nervous lol. I cant imagine walking around campus smelling like garlic onions and **** .... but I need to do something

So, have you been changing your eating habits, CollegeChickie? Has the stool change coincided with anything else, like travel, new foods, stress, female troubles, etc?
I guess you can see what your lab tests results are before you decide what to do. I believe most of the parasites we have in this country wouldn't make themselves known in a real obvious way, like feeling "ufo's" moving around although some can and do take refuge in the muscle tissue. Where are you feeling the twitching and shaking? Is it at certain times of the day? Have you order a colon cleanse program yet?

well being in college and dorming has made my eating habits really poor. I have limited options of eating "healthy" on campus. i feel the twitching and shaking throughout my whole body at times and it occurrs througout the whole day. My doc keeps saying its due to a deficency of vitamin B so i have been taking b12 super complex vitamins. I also have a heating sensation on my upper body and i am overweight. I havent ordered a colon cleanse program yet because i am waitin on the results of the lab work. omg and another thing i noticed was while getting my blood tests done they couldnt find a decent blood flow in my veins. i kno that i have small veins but it was ridiculous. She must of had made 4 holes in my arms until deciding to get blood from the back of my hand. She kept saying "gurl are u human?". i had a sort of stop and go type of blood flow in the back of my hand and i had to keep making really tights fists to keep it going.
She also said it may be due to me not drinking enough water but i drink water all the time. ![]()

Could there be other things going on in your life that are causing the anxiety symptoms? Would you consider any kind of exercise like walking 20 minutes a day, swimming, or taking a yoga class? Those things may help for overall well being. The cleanses are not so bad, they just make you go more...think of how good it would feel to be really cleaned out, then it's not so hard to go for it. I think of spring as a time to clean out the closet and start on a new foot.
Good luck with what you decide to do!

I agree. I think if you get some exercise or some type of exercise it will help you combat the stressors in your life. Best of luck with your colon cleansing decision.
