I read you shouldn't take senna more than 7 consecutive days, but senna is the main ingredient in KleriTea for Colonix.

I followed the Colonix regimen along with my husband taking the tea as directed for three months. Neither of us had trouble after we completed the program. My husband uses the tea periodically to help stimulate his bowels when he feels a fullness in his colon.
He also likes the brand Laci Le Beau "Super Dieter's Tea" which also contains Senna but has an oily quality that also helps him. I first used it several years ago when some medication left me terribly constipated. Their label recommends not taking it for more than 10 days in a row.
So, it's a judgement call. I will say that being regular has not been a problem for us so I don't know if that makes a difference in how dependent the body may become to use the product for the regimen suggested. You could perhaps try alternating days if you're concerned.
