new here

Im interested in doing a colon cleanse, but I want to make sure its not only for people who are constipated.  I am not at all constipated, ever, is it still ok for me to do one?  Also, is there a colon clease recipe that anyone knows of that uses foods ?  I am hoping for a recipe I can blend and drink a few times and be done.   Any info would be great, thanks!

Re: new here

Lucy. I'm 42, healthy weight, active and regularly two or more bowel movements daily. My wife tried the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse some time ago with ok results, she didn't follow the instructions completely. After the gluttony of Thanksgiving last week I thought I'd give it a go. Friday, Saturday and Sunday I started Stage 1 of the cleanse which involved reducing my food intake in addition to using the products. Stage 2 began yesterday, this involves a liquids only fast for five days. I wasn't expecting much of a result considering my weight/regular bowel movements. Wait for it...I've had eleven movements today and have passed over seven feet of mucoid plaque. Four of which were over a foot long! This is coming from someone who has never had a day of constipation in their whole life. Does this answer your question?
