I have had really bad constipation for about 6 years. Nothing works for me I am always bloated and always in pain. I have been on the first stage of Triple Cleanse for 5 days now. This stage is only supposed to be for preparing the colon for cleansing but it is actually already working. I am have terrible gas though and bloating like never before. I am a small person and I am bloated so bad that I look about 4 months pregnant. So hopefully something is going on in there and it will be fixed in a few weeks. Has anyone else ever used this and had any luck?
