Exactly how long does someone stay on Colonix?

I am looking at purchasing this product and saw one person who's been using it for 8 years. Do you use it every day for a month? Do you take a break? What is a suggested schedule?

Thanks!

Re: Exactly how long does someone stay on Colonix?

You do it everyday for a month and they suggest that, if it is your first time, you should do it for 2 or 3 months.  Some people really like the way it works so they stay on it.  I know you are supposed to take about a 5 day break in between months...and during the month, if you want to take a break, you adjust it accordingly to what works with you.  For instance, I was going regularly for the first weeek and half or so and now all of a sudden I am stopped up.  It was suggested that I stop taking the fiber for a few days and increase the time I steep the tea.

This information will help me decide what quantity to purchase for the first time.

If anyone has anymore feedback, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

I only purchased a one month supply initially to see if it really works or not since I was skeptical - the program is expensive so I didn't want to investment that much money right away.  I figured I could always order more afterwards if I found it to be effective.

FYI, I have ordered more - for both myself and my husband.

My husband and I did the program for three months last summer. We continued the fiber product for some time after and did a follow-up month later in the year. Our plan is to do a one-month cleanse each year. My hubby now takes the fiber two or three times a week and the tea on a as-needed basis. The company doesn't recommend staying on the paranil and tea for long-term use - just the fiber.

Re: Exactly how long does someone stay on Colonix?

Because the recommendation for someone who has not cleansed before is 2 to 3 months, I bought the 3 month supply ... there was a savings on quantity purchased and shipping was free.  I'm from Canada so I figured I may as well get the full supply and because it was guaranteed if it didn't do anything for me, I could always send it back.

I've gone through the initial 30 days, took the 5 day break and am on day 3 of the next phase.  So far ... nothing life altering.

I have been using colonix for 8 years. I initially started with a 3 month program and then did a follow up 1 month cleanse, 6 months later. I now incorporate colonix once a year or even 2 x a year for 1 month only. It just ensures that all systems are working well and I am maintaining my health.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. I have many family members and friends who have had amazing results. It is an amazing product that is gentle on the system and is easy to incorporate with anyones schedule.
Good luck.
