Has anyone else tried the Puristat Colon Cleanse or Colon and Liver cleanse?  I found it to be such a wonderful cleanse.  It was so easy, the people at the company really explained everything very well.  It came with not only instructions for the cleanse, but also some eating tips, digestion tips, a fiber chart.  They have a very comprehensive website too.  I was there for literally over an hour just reading!!
