Ok... here we go... I started taking Bowtrol, after hearing so much about it and feeling like after 39 years of good living it was time to change my ways and help my body.
So Ive ordered the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse and Parasite cleaner.
I have read alot of blogs and adverts that say you could take up to 8 pills a day. So my first day, why not... I took 8... not bad, no problems, good BM but nothing to write home about.. Day 2.. I had a bit of energy that was definaly noticble. Its seems that after taking the pills, you can actually feel your colon or intestines doing something... so so far so good...
I just cant wait to pass that alien thing ( the one in all the pictures) out of me.

Does anyone know how long it takes to start seeing those big, intestine looking poohs.

I am drinking alot of water and cranberry juice, as well as berry's, prunes and aricots.

any advice or ideas let me know.
