My 3 month supply arrived today (7/25) and I'll be starting tomorrow.
I'm 26 years old and recently got out of a 6 year relationship. I figured ti was time to get my act together and get in shape. I'm 6'3 and 2 months ago I was 245lbs. Today I am 210lbs and dropping. I am on week 4 of my Bowflex Revolution 6 week program. I workout 3 times a week and go bike riding, swiming an wakeboarding. I figured since I was getting in shape I should do something about the inside of my body too. That's when I cam across Dr. Naturas site and ordered Colonix and Toxinout. I'll report back in a few days.

The fiber tastes awful! I had to mix it with OJ but the "banana" flavor is tought to mask. ! BM in the morning, then another mid morning. I usually go once a day.
The Kleri tea reminds me of chamomile tea. I like it. It took me forever to fall asleep last night. I ate dinner at about 6:30 last night and nothing but water for the rest of the night. I hope the tea doesnt have a reverse effect on me. I know stuff like Tylenol PM and Nyquil keep me wide awake.
My BM's are a bit loose. I wonder if the amount of fiber should decrese if you are on a low calorie diet? I don't consume more than 11-1300 calories per day right now.

I sometimes mix the fibre with fruit flavoured water ... I actually don't mind the flavour - it's more the texture that I have a problem with ... but the flavoured water masks the taste a bit and may make it a bit more palatable.

I hate the fiber....I cringe just thinking about it. I have tried it in several things but apple juice works the best for me (I think because of its strong flavor and the fact that the color hides the color of the fiber). I also use apple juice to sweeten the tea...which I also hate. ha ha. Like Ive said before, Im just a big little kid when it comes to food. Im 22 and things haven't changed much since I was a little girl.
Good luck with finding what works with you...just don't use water...the worst thing ever!!

I was reading the COlonix instructions and it says if you were regular before starting the program, which I was, that you should only use the tea 2-3 times a week. Anyone else doing this?

I was regular before starting the program ... if once a day is considered regular ... I'm not sure ... now it seems 2 or 3 times a day is more regular.I've been using the tea evey night .. it makes my sleep a lot more productive.

4 days into it and I don't feel much different. I do go about 2-3 times a day though. I am on reduced calories diet where I am eating 900-1300 calories a day so there isnt a bunch to come out really. Before I started this program a I was already 3 weeks into my bowflex program so my water intake was already at least one per gallon a day.
I didnt take the tea last ngiht and I slept much better. I'll try it again tonight and see if makes it tought o fall asleep.
I tried mixing OJ, a few strawberries and half of a bannana this morning with the fiber and it makes it a little easier to stomach.

ok so i did a little test the last few nights. I havent taken the tea the last two nights and I am sleeping much better. I fall asleep faster and do not wake up during the night.
I am still having my regular BM first thing in the morning despite not taking the tea. Tonight I will try brewing it longer as it will be my 2nd week into the program.
I have found tha tmixing the fiber with Diet Ocean Spray cranberry juice makes it go down pretty easy. Plus the juice is aonly 5 calories per 8oz glass.

Great idea with the cranberry juice ... it will help flush your unirary tract and kidneys while the program works on your colon!

I found another way of making the fiber taste good. I just add soymilk to it and it taste like banana shake!

The instructions say with water or juice and someone asked them about mixing it with protein powder but was advised not too ... Has anyone checked with customer service to see if mixing the fiber with soy is OK?

It is recommended that you mix with juice or water. Once you have done the program and want to continue using the fiber it can be incorporated into a shake that includes soy or milk. The whole idea of the cleanse is to allow the fiber to act a gentle brush along the colon walls and if you mix it with food the fiber is not as effective but will still work. Soy is considered a protein base.

Oh crap (no pun intended..ha!)! I was really liking my soy mixture. Oh well, back to the water I go.

It was a challenge for me at the beginning as well. At the beginning, when I mixed the fiber, I had just turned to get something from the fridge and returned to see the fiber had thickened slightly. I didn't realize how quickly it gels. So now as I am stirring I am in ready, set go form and have overcome the fiber challenge. ![]()
Keep going, let us know how you are doing. You will be glad you did.

2 weeks into it now and havent noticed anything out of the ordinary. I have been brewing the tea for at least ten minutes and I increased the fiber to 1.5 scoops. The only difference I have noticed is that I go 2-3 times a day vs. the usual once a day. I was hoping tat weird stuff would come out beause before my diet I was eating egg mcmuffins almost daily and just consuming too many calories. I'm down 45lbs now and havent eaten any junk food for a few months.
I wonder if the volume of food you consume has any effect on your results?

Congratulations on the downsizing Nader ... I started this program after losing 30 lbs over a year ago and thought it would be a good way to kick start the next downsizing session once I finished... I heard of others that lost weight on this program and silently was hoping that I would as well ... the reverse happened and I gained 5
I'm back on track now and 39 days and have only experienced small weird eliminations but unfortunately nothing like I had read about, hoped for or anticipated.

You've really got to give colonix time to work effectively. You are doing all the right things by minimizing you intake and eliminating "junk food". Congratulations! Especially on your weight loss and in getting yourself healthy.
It took me at least 3-5 weeks before I saw results from the cleanse. You really need to be patient. You've come so far! That's great! Keep it up and inform us on your progress.

I figure I will wait at least as long as it took goldstar to see results. I called the customer service line and was advised that the average is 3 to 4 weeks. That time frame brought me right to the directed break in parinil and tea so I thought I would give it a good run until at least the end of August.... although it is getting more difficult to face the fibre every morning (gritty stuff)

Try mixing the fiber mix with pineapple juice. It's amazing. Because the pineapple juice has the pulp already, the fiber blends really well, and it's just like drinking the juice on it's own.

brief update:
i am almsot to 30 days. Since I started there have been 3 days where I didnt take the pills, fiber or tea. On a couple of the days I did take some benefiber though.
Taking the tea makes me go twice in the first hour of the morning.
No exotic animals coming out yet. Not even an black stuff.
I have another months supply so I'll keep going for another 2 weeks or so but what is there return policy?

I am at day 53 and I'm still waiting for the aliens to appear.... I haven't had any dramatic results and from what I have read, appearance of the aliens is really the only tangible sign... I was regular at once a day before I started the program and although I go more often ... I'm still not experiencing the changes that others have reported... sigh ... I'm discouraged ![]()

Please consider the results overall and don't take the toilet bowl as where the success lies. Look at what changes you have noticed overall.
1) Do you experience an increase in energy
2) Has your face cleared - more glowing
3) Do you sleep better through the night - get a better nights sleep
4) Bowel movements increased
5) Decrease in sweet cravings
6) Decrease in appetite (not as hungry as before)
7) Hemorrhoids decreased (minimized - pain and suffering)
8) Allergies - if any before no longer as predominant or non exsistant
9) No longer bloated or experiencing gas
10) No foul odor when experiencing gas
11) stomach no longer upset or gurgling
12) no itchy rectum
The list is extensive and there are other things to note not just the parasites being eliminated from the body. There are parasites that you are unable to see with the naked eye and there are eggs being released that you wouldn't recognize as such if you didn't have them tested. So please look outside before concentrating your time looking into the bowl.
You are doing the right thing by cleansing your body. Keep that in mind. Good luck to all and keep us posted on your progress. l
