I just started my cleanse, I am on day 10 now, things are good so far. I went from being diagnosed with everything from IBS to Celiac, going 1-3 times a week to going 1-3 times a day. Some wheat still bothers me but all in moderation. I was wondering though if anyone has had an uncontrolable hunger when on the Colonix? I seem to have a bottomless pit for a stomach the last week or so, I can not get enough to eat, my stomach growls and I always feel empty. Is this normal for being on this program???

For me the first couple of weeks it wasn't that I couldn't get enough to eat ... but more that I craved junk food and sweets, I ended up gaining about 5 lbs
Thank goodness it didn't last too long. I eat about 7 times a day so I can't really comment on the getting enough to eat because it seems I'm always grazing .. but I lost 30 lbs last year doing that so I'm not going to eat less now.
I would suggest that if you used to eliminate 3 times a week and now are up to 3 times a day or so ... that is a good thing. Also if you are feeling empty it may mean that your body is actually using up the food that you are eating so that is also a good thing... Good Luck

alirad,
Fyzer had a really good point in suggesting that you eat 7 times a day. When I started on the cleanse I actually lost a lot of cravings for sweets. I was drinking more water and didn't experience the hunger throughout the day.
You could try drinking a glass of water when you experience the hunger and wait awhile before eating something light and small.
Great start so far - keep it up!
