I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

I just placed the order today.  I was researching cleansing and came across the website.  I was terrified at the idea of what might come out, but I have suffered from constipation for ages, plus I feel "fetal movement" and I'M NOT PREGNANT-EWE!!!!

There are two things I need to know.  First, what is it they are holding up in all of the pictures?  The Colonix rep said it was a parasite sack, but I read where others said it was intestinal lining.  I don't want to do anything detrimental so I guess I just need a little more reassurance that whatever it is is disposable.

Secondly, I've never cleansed before.  I expect there will be a lot.  I read in one of the testimonials where one person excreted a bloody mucous sack from their nose.  Has anyone ever had parasites or worms exit another through their nose of throat?  I've heard horror stories, but don't want to wake anything dormant and have it come out in such a way.

I know this last question might seem silly, but in the 5th grade my teacher told us a "true horror story" about tape worms and his family members.  After reading the testimonials it brought back up those memories.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

I've been doing research and I think I found the answer to my first question.  It was at www.cleanse.net and said in pertinent part:

Another author, Dr. Robert Gray, has described the mucoid plaque in a manner similar to Dr. Jensen and myself.  “Another type of constipation is present when old, hardened feces stick to the walls of the colon and do  not pass out with the regular bowel movements....And few people have any inkling as to how much old, hardened feces are chronically present with their bodies.....As moisture is absorbed from a slimy medium in the colon, the medium becomes sticky. As the medium is further dehydrated, it becomes gluey and glues a coating of itself to the walls of the colon as it passes through. As layer after layer of gluey feces piles up in the colon, they often form into a tough, rubbery black substance.  Old feces may build up in pockets and they may coat the entire length of the colon and small intestines as well.  They do not pass from the body with ordinary bowel movements but require special techniques to dissolve the glue that binds them in the body. Because nonmucoid material moves through the body quicker than mucoid material, the bowel tends to move two to three times  per day when the intestines and colon are in non mucoid condition....”48 He also discusses parasites. “They lodge themselves in the old matter that encrusts the walls of the intestinal tract. Without the presence of stagnant material in which to embed themselves, intestinal parasites cannot maintain a foothold in the body. Remove this old, filthy, decaying mucoid matter and you will flush the parasites out as well.”49  He explains malabsorption in relation to mucoid plaque. “The accumulation of mucoid material along the walls of the small intestine can interfere with nutrient absorption even though nutritional  intake may be adequate.”50

Wow, I was amazed.

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

I think the expelling of parasites in the throat or nose would be pretty rare in this country. My pathology book shows expelling of roundworms through the nose of a young boy in a developing country likely due to less sanitary conditions which would give opportunity for a more massive infestation.

You can ingest parasites from unwashed vegetables that might have eggs present. And, of course, undercooked meat or even the soil can have larvae that you can absorb through the skin. Parasites that aren't expelled through the intestinal tract can travel to other organs including the brain sometimes forming cysts within the host organs.  It would seem the potential to have some sort of unwanted companions could be rather high, hence, a good reason to do an occasional cleanse.

I've mentioned elsewhere in this forum that the Animal Planet channel periodically runs a show called "Eaten Alive" which discusses parasites. Not for the squeamish but quite fascinating!

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

Thank you for the feedback.  I went to Youtube and looked at a snippet of that show.  It listed a lady who had worms burrowed into her brain.  It was pretty gross.

I am definitely sold on the cleanse.  I do have another question.  I did not make my decision to cleanse based on the weightloss component.  Instead, I want to be free from constipation that I have suffered with my entire life.  I would like to know if everything goes back to "normal" when you stop cleansing.  Hence, will my stomach bulge return and the constipation that goes with it?

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

My husband and I have found many of the benefits to be long term. However, it may also depend on what caused the problem in the first place and some of your dietary choices. Some realize they have food triggers for various problems, like constipation, migraines, swelling, etc. Quite often, the cleanse helps to minimize or eliminate some sensitvities.

Some people continue to use the fiber after the initial cleanse time. We did, and my husband will still use it about twice a week. He used to have a full feeling in an upper part of his colon which has been gone since completing the three-month cleanse last summer.

I wish you well on the program and hope it does you a lot of good. Sometimes things may seem worse before they get better so don't get discouraged and contact the company if you have any concerns. There is a lot of helpful feedback from others on this forum, too.

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

Hi, I hope it's ok for me to jump in on this thread. I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout also and I have a question.

I'm a frequent traveller.  I'm on a plane every 2-5 days.

Is it a good idea to travel while using this treatment?

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

I'll put in my two-cents for whatever it's worth. In general, I don't think you'll be worse off than anyone else who juggles the cleanse with work. However, if you've read different comments, you'll find some people experience bloating and discomfort especially in the beginning, and sometimes, later in the cleanse process, as you are getting rid of junk from the trunk. I had some days that I felt a little flu-like and experienced cramping in the middle of the night from the tea if I steeped it too long. And some find an increase in bathroom stops while on the cleanse. So it may be a little inconvenient while traveling but I tried to stick with the program when I traveled (which was generally by car for several hours).  I didn't have a problem and wanted to keep my momentum with the program.

When I traveled, I pre-measured  my fiber for each day and put it in individual baggies or cling wrap to eliminate the need to carry the large bottle of fiber.

I wasn't juggling both products. I was doing just the Colonix so you'll have more to keep up with if you use them both. Hope it goes well!

Re: I just ordered Colonix and Toxinout

I started the colonix program 25 days ago. I have been following it exactly according to the instructions. I never got ill or had too much bloating. I was regular prior to taking the colonix. I find that I am about the same regular now only occasionally I get that foul smell.  Yesterday I did not go at all and lately when I go, it is alittle on the loose side  and without the dark patches that is attrributed to the old waste.  I feel like I am at a stand still with nothing major happening. On Friday I will stop taking the Paranil and tea for a week as recommended.

I do feel like I passed what looked like 4 or 5 garlic cloves in my stool. I did not eat anything like that and do not know what they could be. They were really noticeably different from the stool. Does anyone know what this could be. It did not look like a worm. It did seperate easily. I only saw this happen 2 times earlier on.

I do feel a slight boost in energy.....slight.... I dont have to have my 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning anymore, but I also feel alittle disappointed in that nothing eathshattering has occured yet? Do you think it is too soon? I plan to stay with the program for the full 3 months. .
