I'm on day 31 of the Colonix regimen and am not noticing any of the effects I read about it in so many of the testimonials at their website. Today was the first day I didn't take the Paranil, per the instructions. I am very tempted to quit but have purposed to hang in there for at least 45 days, at which time I will seek to get a refund. The KleriTea appears to have no effect on me, so I have resorted to using Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move tea, which works much better. I would steep the KleriTea for up to 10 minutes and not have a BM at all the next day. Very discouraging. Using just the KleriTea might produce one BM a day, a small one, nothing else all day. Even with the Smooth Move, nothing major is happening. I haven't seen anything other than normal stools in the toilet, and I'm checking! I have suffered from severe constipation for years but have never been diagnosed with IBS or anything like that. I was so hopeful that this product would clean me out once and for all, but the small amount of stool coming out is really not much different that what is produced using just the Smooth Move tea without the Colonix fiber product. Any suggestions?

I have almost completed the first 30 days and I, like you, have not had any life altering eliminations.. although I used to be a once a day gal but now have had moved up to 2 or 3. I find the tea helps me have a more restful sleep ... but I'm thinking it's not worth the price of the product just to get a good nights sleep... I will hang in there for another 2 or 3 weeks and then see what happens.

You can read my own thread, but cutting back to 1/2 scoop of fiber made all the difference for me. That, and restricting my water to 64-80 ounces. I was actually drinking more than that, which I found out can be bad.
Hang in there---I'm sure it takes different amounts of time for us all.

I'm not sure how much water I've been drinking ...it's been in anywhere from 35 to 39 degrees here (thats about 95 to 102 fahrenheit) so I know it has been lots .. .. maybe I will pay more attention to that.

For me when I initially started using colonix it wasn't until the 4-5 week where I noticed major changes in my bm and overall physical body. It can take up to 6 weeks for the herbs to start working, that's why they recommend taking 2-3 month cleanse when you first start. I have been using the colonix program for 8 years now and it works amazingly well. Stay with it and you will see results.

Based on input from a friend, the amount of water has a huge impact. She told me to start the day with two, 1 liter bottles of water. By end of day, both bottles should be empty or I have not had enough. She also cautioned me against drinking too MUCH water. She said to stick to that exact 2 liter recommendation for the first 30 days at least. So, that's what I have done. I do drink other things (I cannot start my day without coffee, but I have cut back to 1 cup a day instead of 2-3 each morning), and I enjoy iced tea (thought I have switched to decaf tea bags). But I allow myself tea only AFTER my water bottles are empty.
My friend also told me that it took a good 5 weeks before she really started to see anything unusual. I bought 2 months and figure if at 6 weeks I am still doing well, I'll order a 3rd month to do the full cleanse. My friend did her first cleanse 4 years ago and she still takes 1 scoop of the fiber every morning and does a 30 day cleanse annually.

sestell,
Water is very important. Good for you on getting started with colonix. It is a great cleanse. What some people don't realize is the importance of the water and giving the herbs time to let them really start working.
Great advice from your friend. Keep us up to date with your progress.

OK, I'm up to day 43 and I'm really bummed out that this stuff isn't working. I read the posts that suggest waiting 5 weeks or more, but I'm somewhat afraid of going past the 60 day mark and losing out on the opportunity to get my money back. This stuff is quite pricey! I know you can't put a price on your health, but what if it's still not working by the time I've used up the 3 month supply I bought? I will say that I generally drink more than 64 oz of water. It's summertime here, with temps in excess of 95 on most days, and I exercise daily and can easily knock back 32 oz of water during a 30 minute workout. The testimonials on the website are what sold me, but allowing for the differences experienced by different people, I'm very surprised that I'm not seeing major results by this time. I actually emailed them today to say I want a refund, but I'm torn...send it back and get a refund or keep going, in hopes that something will happen soon???

sestell, what is the effect of drinking too much water? and how do you distribute the water throughout the day. I read in some books that you shouldn't drink during meals so that's why i try to drink two glasses between meals but sometimes i drink the two glasses one after another over a period of minutes which seems like a lot.

I read somewhere .. either on the Dr. Natura website or other web information about this product that more than the 8 glasses of water can be consumed if circumstances warrant ... I assumed that this would include hot weather, exercising, etc... it is quite hot here as well most days of the summer and I drink probably more than the 64 oz. especially if I am outside working in the garden or golfing... I know this program is extremely mild compared to other 7 day programs .. obviously ... I, like others, thought I would see some more results than I have in the bas 45 days too... but because it is mild I will probably stick it out and continue right through the end of the second package and see what happens.

Take a look at your overall health and the subtle changes that you experienced on the cleanse. It can be hard for you to detect as for someone who hasn't see you in a month. When I started the cleanse I was skeptical even into the 2nd month until a few friends who hadn't seen me for 2 months told me how great I looked and that my face was bright and clear and my eyes sparkled. They were totally unaware that I was on the colonix program. Do not be discouraged - some individuals will see results even later than the 2 months. The decision is yours - I hope you stick to it! Good luck.
