colon cleanse to do or not to do?!

Hi,

I'm getting married in just over a months time and no matter what I do, diet excercise etc, I can't seem to get rid of my belly and love handles. Is this a sign I should do colon cleanse,if so which one ! or would it be a bad idea so close to the big day?
I would be grateful for any advice thanks

I suspect the colon cleanse won't solve your problem, especially in the time frame given. Some people due have success losing weight with a colon cleanse regimen but I think that is the exception rather than the rule. My husband and I had very modest weight loss with Colonix but that wasn't our primary concern (not that we minded losing a few pounds) but what we eat and when we eat as well as portions seem to play a much larger role. However, you may find other benefits to doing a colon cleanse program at some point. Sorry, but congrats anyway! It doesn't sound like your love handles will be a hindrance to the wedding! I suggest treating yourself to a great massage!

I have to agree with Laura that a cleansing program is not meant for losing weight. Personally when I did my first cleanse 8 years ago it was DrNatura's "colonix" I lost 10lbs. But this was not body fat. It was what I had built up over 30 years in the colon. I did do the cleanse for 2 months initially and it helped clear out all the "junk". Good luck on your journey and congratulations!
