I began my first CC today.
I actually am going to be the guinea pig. I would like two of my children to do this, and I want to test it first. I doubt I will be very graphic, but I do want to journal my experience.
Two pills in a.m. and then a smoothie made with 1/2 banana, 6 strawberries, 1/4 papaya, and mango/oj juice and fiber. It was very very good, and I didn't have to rush to drink it.
Within the hour I had first BM. Uneventful and easy
Small bowl of chicken chili for lunch. Had a 2nd BM in afternoon.
Drinking my water no problem. All in all have felt fine.
Well.. a bit of gas, but I work at home, so it was only disturbing me.
Dinner was homestyle potatoes, broccoli, and carrots, all chopped fine.
Not sure what to expect about the tea.
I am feeling a bit of a headache, this evening. I might be overly tired.
I am going to make sure I take extra magnesium. We tend to not have enough of the nutrient, and I am easily affected by that. I suggest that you research this, if you are experiencing headaches.
Off to have my tea and head off to bed, as I get up with the roosters.

Day 2
My second day went very well.
Again I mixed the fibre into a fruit smoothie and it tasted terrific
Very healthy BM by 8:00
No cramping
Over all felt great

Day 3
Fruit smoothie once again was a great start
Didn't note the time of my BM but it was in the a.m.
Nothing unusual other than noticing some blueberries un digested.
(I had made some blueberry muffins)
Note to myself to consider chewing my food longer
Was too tired to make myself tea this evening,
I crawled into bed and said what the heck.

I am noticing a slight twinge of a headache, but this is a normal occurance for me
I would not connect it to the program.
It usually means I need to remember to take magnesium. I also take COQ10
I use to have migraines for 30 yrs, until a doctor suggested this, and sure enough haven't had one in over a year.
Healthy BM to report right on schedule today. Feel good.
I do have to remind myself to drink the water. Keeping three bottles with the total amount needed for the day is the best way for me to remember. I lose track if I keep the number of glasses in my head.
I don't have any major or minor medical problems to "fix", so I don't really have a measure as to if it is "working" or not. Weight would be a wonderful plus to this. Though I am finding that I am eating healthy and rare in between snacking.
Figure that tea tonight will be fine. It actually has a very pleasant taste. I don't typically like some of the herbal teas, but this tea is good.
So in advance of any major changes I will post this.

Day 5
Grrr... I dozed off and let my tea steep far too long last night, but did not have any effect that was negative. I think I woke up early with a few twinges, but not bad enough to get up.
Today, bathroom break was normal, perhaps a bit less than usual.
I ate well, I felt fine all day, drank my water.
Tea steeped for about 5 min ... I really need to stand over it and not let myself get distracted.
It wasn't too strong to drink, but I do like it better for the two minutes that are recommended.
Darn... I just read that I need to up the time today. Okay, I will adjust the tastebuds.
Can anyone tell me why heating the water in the microwave is discouraged?
Everything normal today

Hi, btw I loved your response to the hype guy. Ummm yeah when I heated the water in the microwave I found that the tea did not work, and i was constipated for days. I think it has to do with how the microwave rearranges water molecules so in turn that has an effect on how the tea ingredients get released or something. but whatever the scientific explanation is it is true the tea does not work if you use the microwave.

Day 6
Verolabrat: I don't seem to have the same results as you by using the microwave. No change in productivity.
I had a nice cleanse today. I think I had 3 BM's.
Working on the water, so that also is a good thing to know I am flushing the system.
After my morning smoothie I am not very hungry for the rest of the day, but I eat a small lunch and dinner. I am drinking coffee, but I don't do soda's.
I also was worried before beginning about the fiber drink and others inability to stomach the product.
Mixing it in a blender is really the key. I find I look forward to my morning smoothie, and I am getting a few cups of my daily fruit allotment.

Day 7
I have been enjoying the smoothies so much that I look forward to them now.
No major cramping, no unusual trips to the BR. Today I produced something three times.
Felt fine, however I have notice that my stomach is a bit distended when viewed in the mirror.
I will be watching this over time.
Tea was good, no rumbles, slept well...

Day 8
Smoothie, it was frozen strawberries, papaya, mango/oj juice and fiber.
First BM by 8:30
Second BM at 3:00 p.m.
Nothing gross to announce
Actually noticed that I have not been drinking as much coffee.. perhaps a good thing
All is well
Microwaved my water for tea, I leave the tea bag in while drinking, seems to work for me

Healthy BM, a bit looser, but still formed
No cramping, no headache,
Notice I am burping a bit today.
Running a bit slower today, but it is a busy day.
Forgot to drink my tea, I wanted to just climb in to bed.

Drank my tea in the morning then took a break for the weekend.

Day 10

Not much eliminated today. Some but not enough for what I have eaten.
Wondering if I drank enough water today.
Felt fine
Drank tea (microwaved... wanting to see if this really does make a difference so I am documenting the days that I do)

Thanks so much for your day by day results. I think colonix is an awesome product. I recommend it to anyone because we all need to cleanse from the inside out. We tend to always look at the outside before checking out what is the core problem. I have been using colonix for about 8 years now and I feel GREAT! Let us know if you did include your family on this cleanse and how it helped them. My family has done the program and benefited greatly.

I have to say I stopped this as I wasn't drinking enough water. I am not sure if that was the only issue with me but my abdomen was distended and I looked like I was about 6 months pregnant. Done that three times so I didn't want to go there again. For now I am sticking with probiotics and eliminating yeast, which I think is a huge issue with me.
I might try this out again one day, but for now I have given it a rest.

When you were on the program did you call the help desk and ask for assistance? I found them very helpful when I was experiencing problems with elimination. I needed to adjust the fiber and the tea so that it worked for me. Sometimes it just takes a slight adjustment, everybody is different. Good luck.
