Purging any excess matter which is hanging around, can slim the stomach some, and cause weight loss. this is only a result in the beginning when you are clearing out whatever matter is not moving out daily.

If you begin using a product and take it to quickly, upping the dosage to fast you may have some surprise visits.

Id caution against using senna, as it is only for emergencies, and is unbalanced.

The safest cleanser which deserves some research is Triphala. I have seen amazing things with that formula. It is completely safe for constant use and non habit forming.

Psyillium based products can be taken at a low dosage (with proper water) to scrub and clean you out. It will help with the passing. I would start at a low dose and then you wont have any surprises.

I'd also recommend you do some research and see if Triphala is right for you. I had mine made for me in India, and the only product I found on the market which is almost as strong was Micheal Tierres Planetary formula brand.
