On another site they recommended combining Psyllium with Bentonite Clay for a colon cleanse over using any "all in one" solution/product. I decided to give it a try and bought them at a Natural Foods store. Now I'm not exactly sure how to go about this though. As I look around I see people mention "cycles" in their cleanse, but it's really vague.
How long would should I be doing this for? I see people say they're in their 3'rd week. I thought this was just a one week thing.
Should I start taking the Psyllium & Bentonite immediately, or should I go a few days of eating nothing but fruit/vegatables and drinking water to limit the amount of toxins coming into my body before I start the cleanse?
On this other site they recommend "one or two tablespoons" to a glass of water, and 1 teaspoon of Bentonite. It doesn't however mention if I should be combining the two substances in the same glass, or be drinking them separately.
Has anybody tried a cleanse like this before? I welcome feedback and suggestions.

Another thing that puzzles me is that this site says to stop taking your "one-a-day" vitamins prior to cleansing... but then they say to make sure you supplement your cleanse with many things found in such vitamins because your body will be starved of nutrients otherwise. That doesn't make much sense to me.
I thought perhaps it was because they recommend finding natural ways to get those nutrients into your body, whereas multi-vitamins may contain many synthetic substances... but they recommend taking Fish Oil capsules and a Vitamin C supplement. Both can contain synthetic substances, and the first can potentially contain many toxins if they aren't the right fish and aren't sourced from pristine waters.
So I'm wondering if I shouldn't just keep taking my multi-vitamins regardless of what they say instead of trying to substitute 5-6 other things that seem to accomplish the same end result, that may be difficult (not to mention pricey) to obtain.
