10/30/08 Day 17. Thanks Potty for the encouragement. I have a sneaky suspicion that this will be a long and mostly uneventful road. You are right because I haven't noticed any comment from anyone into their 3 month. Maybe they just didn't have much to say. It does seem like most of the testimonials are only several weeks into the plan. Oh well.
Good luck on your quest, I hope it comes out the way you hope. The headaches, I just don't know what to say. They just don't happen to me. Like I said before, I'm not concentrating on weight loss but I probably have lost 3 or 4 pounds. I do jump on the scale every morning when I get up just to see what is is. Tomorrow I run out of grape juice and will switch to apple, mostly because I have a bottle. If I don't like it, I will switch back to grape for the duration.
It is cool to have your husband and Mother taking the plan with you. That way you can have a mini forum and discuss your progresses or lack of. Moral support is good also.
Good luck to us all!! Later.

The thing my husband liked the most about Colonix was having the cup of tea with me at the end of the day. That was actually my least favorite part, the tea. If I steeped it more than 30-45 sec my BMs were very loose. The Natura CS even noted he could tell I probably never had constipation in my life if that was the case.
Hopefully despite "results" its still doing well for you. I don't expect everyone will have dramatic results like in those pictures but you can probably tell if there is improvement by other symptoms. Good luck!

11/06/08 Day 18-24. Wow! 24 days already. Glad to see that we now have a Young Dog in the plan and glad for it. Let's welcome any kind of Dog! ![]()
Thing are going along normally and no real noticable changes. A coupe of days, I didn't get in my evening tea and a couple of days I didn't have the full 8 glasses of water. I have always done the 4 pills and fiber powder in the morning and have had at least 5 glasses of water a day. The ole BMs just keep sliding along so no damage done. I will get back on full schedule and try not to drift off.
Six more days and I can add the Toxinout to the plan. I really am looking forward to that because I want to see what other health improvement might happen as a result. Sure seems like a lot of pills to pop every day but I am not taking any for anything else. I really don't like taking large pills but I will do what I must.

11/11/08 Day 30. Well, I made it to day 30. As I said before, I have taken the pills and powder everyday but a little off on the amount of water and the tea sometimes. The good news is that the BMs are rolling right along no problem. I have noticed that they look kinda like a big rope at times. I haven't noticed any thing odd in them but there again I haven't been examining them real close either.
After today, I take a 5 day break off the pills and tea so we can shock the little parasite bastards.
That'l teach 'em!
I don't know if I should start taking the reduced 5 day pills for the Toxinout starting tomorrow or wait 5 days? If I don't hear from someone here, I'll call the Doc and ask.
I am really looking forward to starting that part and will detail out results as they happen.
When my hair grows back, I lose 50 pounds, and start running the Marathon, I'll be sure to inform you right away.![]()
Where is that Young Dog? Sounds like you are doing well Potty. You must be a good typer 'cause your reports are reeel long. I can't type so good so mine will always be short.

Yo Dog...Wassup!? ![]()
Yes...I do type pretty good, but I'm long winded regardless...Mostly boring ramblings, but therapeutic nonetheless... You're doing great! 30 days already?! Boy how time flies...Is that what the 5 day break is for, to "shock" the parasite buggers? I didn't know that...If the purpose is to do that, then maybe you're right and you should wait until that's passed before starting the detox, but otherwise I would think that you would start it tomorrow..? Probably a good idea to call the doctor.
I haven't heard from Young Doy either...Can't rely on those youngins...Kids these days never follow through on anything...(I don't really believe that, but it's sometimes an effective motivational tool. Provoke them with a bit of a challenge in proving us more senior people wrong.
)
Not a whole lot going on on the board, but I hope we're keeping anyone interested with our poop-ography educated to the poop and scoop of it all... Good luck on your break, and starting the detox. I'm loving it so far...Later Gator! ![]()

11/17/08 Day 36. Well, time sure does fly. Started on the Toxinout today so we'll see how soon I can leap over tall buildings. Back on the pills and tea as well. Funny how the urine turned bright yellow today. No doubt something to do with the Toxinout. I'll watch it to see if it returns to normal.
BMs have remained consistent and nothing remarkable to report. Still ropey looking and free flowing. Still have 2 more months to go so we'll see what happens. At this point I think I will be very surprised to see anything spectacular but you never know. I wonder what happens when you stop taking the powder.
Charge on Potty! How is the Toxinout working for you? How is your Mother doing on this plan? I hope that your husband is being a good Cheerleader for you both.
I will update later... After while Crocodile.![]()

11/24/08 Day 43. Sure doesn't seem like 43 days since I started the program. Now I am on full doses of the pills and powder for Colonix and Toxinout. Things are going along without any real significant changes. I hope things will settle down after Thanksgiving. It is quite hectic right now.
It's nice to see that more people a writing now. Gotta go for now

11/29/08 dAY 48. Here I am, halfway through the 90 day program and still alive and kicking'. I am having great BMs and they are large, ropey looking and multi colored as others have said. I haven't done real good in remembering the tea but it doesn't seem to matter cause they just keep coming out. I hope to get back on the tea now that Thanksgiving is over. I can't judge the effects of the Toxinout yet but I'm sure there are some.
It seems to me that a lot of people are taking this program as a diet program. That's not why I'm in it. I only want to cleanse the colon and detoxify the liver. I'm not saying that I couldn't loose tons of weight as well but I don't want to tie the two together because of the failure factors involved. Just my opinion and I will do the weight as a separate issue.
I think I'll go have a cup of tea now that I'm thinking about it.
Good Luck all, and you too Potty!

12/04/08 Day 53. Not much to add right now. The BMs are flowing along regular and no problem. Some of them look similar to some of the pics people have sent in and there again I have no desire to probe them with a stick . The Clonix definitely seems to be doing something and I haven't had any constipation even missing some teas at night
Not sure what to make of the Toxinout yet but I'm not very far into the use yet. I'll probably know more when I hit 45 days on that stuff.
So far I haven't had any major reactions yet although my ankles seem to be water swelled a bit. I'd like to think that my hair may be filling back in a little but I will check it a lot closer in about 30 more days. Wouldn't that be something.
Off for now,

12/9/08 Day 58. Well things are going right along with nothing unusual to report. The BMs are coming out just fine and I haven't taken the tea lately. Not because of any drawbacks, it's just laziness I guess. I have had my kitchen tore up while I have been tiling the counter back splash and the stove hasn't been plugged in so I just didn't have tea. I might get started again but it hasn't made a difference that I can tell.
I can not tell what the toxinout is doing. I just see a lot of bright yellow urine but I don't know what that means. I'm just going to assume that it is working as well.
No real change in the weight department either. I'm not even going to think about it until after the Holidays are over.
I wish I had some front page stories to tell ya but everything is uneventful and actually kind of boring.
OK talk again later.

12/15/08 Just a quick update. Thinks are going along great. I can't remember having such large BMs so consistently before! Since I have been taking the powder drinks, things have been going great. I think that the investment is worth while. Can't fly or leap tall buidings yet but it must be on the horizon.
Don't despair, just hang in there and I think this will do you good.

1/3/09 Day 83. Boy does time fly! It seems like just yesterday that I started this program. Now that Christmas and New Years are over, it's time to get back in the groove. Looks like I will run out of the Colonix pills on schedule but I still have a whole jar of the powder to go. That will probably run out after the next month that I have on the Toxinout.
I have taken the powder and pills religiously but I have skimped on the 8 glasses of water and haven't had any tea in the last month. Starting on Monday, I will complete the last month doing everything as the Doctor ordered.
I think that I have some hair starting to grow on the bald spot on the back of my head. I used to feel smooth skin on the bald spot but now I feel hair. I will keep you posted more on this phenomenon during the next month.
All in all, I never experienced any unpleasantness or pain through out this. The BMs are definitely different than they ever were and more frequent. I have noticed different color patterns but I can't say I ever saw anything that looked like a worm or anything. After all those pills, I'm sure there aren't any parasites left in me either. I still have another month left on the Toxinout so we'll see how that developes. I feel OK and am at the same weight as when I started and I haven't noticed any great surge of renewed energy.
My main goal was to cleanse the colon and detox the liver etc. and I think that is accomplished. We'll see how it goes. I would do this again and don't have any regrets

Old Dog, Thank you so much for documenting your experience. I have been on line for several weeks reading reviews and trying to figure out if this is for me. I have two agendas, one is to clean out my 50+ body and the other is to 'kick start' some weight loss, especially around the belly, as they say a fat belly will lead to diabetes. Colonix sure seems to be the front runner, however I have never stuck to anything for two months, let alone three months.
I am wondering what you ate this whole time, did you eat fish, chicken, veges, and fruit? did you ever eat pizza, or have a glass (or two) of wine? I truly NEED to do this, I am trying to psych myself up to start and finish!

1/17/09 Day 97. Well, I have completed the 90 days on the Colonix program and have one month to go on the Toxinout. I still have almost a whole jar of the Colonix powder but I'm not going to take it just yet. Same with the tea, it didn't seem to do anything for me anyways. After I finish the Toxinout, I plan to wait a few months and then try to assess how the whole experience came out
leolion, as I have said earlier, I didn't do this program to lose weight and I haven't. I maybe could have if I would have changed what I ate etc., etc. I found it hard enough to drink the powder and take the pills. It's a good thing that I can swallow large pills with out much problem. If you can't swallow pills, you will have trouble with this program.
All in all, I am happy with this program. If it flushed out some of the 61 years of crud in my colon and detoxes my liver, then I am a winner!
Hang in there you newbes. Use your will power and you will succeed.
I will continue to comment during my last month on the Toxinout if I have some worthwhile info for you all.

Hi I'm new to this posting... so bear with me... I was reading Old dog's entries... I have to say that I love the cleansing regimen...I have finally convinced my husband to do it with me... I have done it off and on for a few years now.. I am going to commit myself to the whole program.... I know that I lose weight and feel much better... I usually quit drinking coffeee and it's hard for a few days but, then I'm good... the program really helps you to become a better person, you want to give up the "bad lifestyle" .... junk food etc...

One thing I can comment on is that, you do have to commit yourself to the whole experience... I had a problem with the tea... bad cramps for me, so I just barely steeped the bag, then it was fine...also if there are any other menopausel women out there, I would like to know if you experience more hot flashes and night sweats while doing the cleanse...? I sure do get the night sweats thing... but I figure that your body sweats out toxins in general and if this is doubling that action, I'm all for it... has anyone out there experienced mild bleeding before the program and how it was affected after doing the cleanse... that is my husbands issues right now...
