It's day 5 and I was up at 3 a.m. I was not sleeping well and stomach started cramping. I had one tiny solid b.m. and went back to bed. Could not sleep. The cramping started again. This time I got up to stay. I had a very large loose b.m. A pot full. It's 4:30 and I'm up to stay. Anyone have any thoughts on how to sleep better. The night before I took 2 Tylenol P.M. I really am trying to wean myself off of sleep aids. I thought the tea was supposed to help. I can't function without my sleep. Guess I'll start my morning regimen since I have to be at work by 7:15 a.m.

It's almost 6 a.m. I've been to the bathroom several times and the cramping has been bad at times. Should I slack up on the tea? Any suggestions?

Yes, I'd back off from the tea for a couple of days.Missing sleep during your work week is murder! Maybe wait for the weekend before you try it again. Be careful with how long you're steeping it. Your other posts indicated you had been sick. Your system may be a little fragile for the cleanse right now or it may be something in the tea you can't tolerate.
Keep us posted.

On Day 5 the cramping final subsided around 6:30 a.m. I continued to have some small loose b.m.'s until about 7:30a.m. I had some bloating after supper. I was tired from the lack of sleep. I chose not to use the tea due to the cramping.
Day 6- I still did not sleep well last night, but better than the night before. I felt one little sign of a cramp when I awoke at 4:00a.m. Nothing like the previous morning. I just took my 4 Paranil capsules and will follow with the cleanser in a few minutes. I hope I still have good b.m. this morning without the tea last night.
