Colonix Treatment Diary - JohnG - Starting 2/16/08

MY BASIC INFO:
- Male - 40-yrs old
- Medium built, 5'-7", 160-lbs
- Married with 2-kids (8 and 5-yrs old)
- Generally healthy, no major or chronic disease

REASON WHY I DECIDED TO START COLONIX TREATMENT:
- 6 months ago, I developed an allergy that causes occassional mild to moderate breathing problem (shortness of breath & tighness); coughing (dry); wheezing; hives; bloating; and gas (burping)
- Since I developed this allergy, my breathing problem and other symptoms have been up and down that they have started to affect my overall lifestyle.  My doctor gave me some medications to treat the symptoms but I don't want to take them as much as possible because they have side effects and don't want to take them forever.
- I have read a lot of good reviews about Colonix so I'll give it a try and see if it will fix my problems

02/12/08 UPDATE
- Received 2-months supply of colonix today (will start program this Saturday, 2/16/08)
- Ordered 1-bottle of Flora Protect (only found out it's highly recommended to take with Colonix program after reading instruction)
- Symptoms today - some coughing, a little bloated in the afternoon, breathing was ok.
- I'd like to hear others experience with this program so please feel free to post your comment. Thank you for reading my post!

IF you don't mind my asking, is your allergy food-related or environmental? I know some have seen a change in food sensitivity after using Colonix. Hope it helps you!

Thanks for the message Laura.  I don't know if my allergy is food-related or environmental.  That's what I am trying to figure out. I am trying everything including Colonix and I hope it will help me.  Have you seen anyone who experienced or had sysmptoms like mine and was fixed after taking Colonix?

02/14/08 UPDATE
- No symptom today.  However, I experienced something new today. I had ringing on my left ear early this morning and I don't know what it was.

I can't personally think of anyone with your full host of symptoms that has been on Colonix. It has helped clear up a number of those symptoms but I think I would also look at what might have set it in motion six months ago - Did you travel somewhere different or did something change in your work or home environment or introduce different food in your diet?

Some people develop allergies for no obvious reason and it may be a build-up of toxins in the body and Colonix should surely help. But if there is something else external creating trouble (or internally, for that matter) you may have to investigate further and resolve other problems, too. This is an easy way to start that process and give your body help to clear out any toxic overload, so I'll be curious to see how you respond.

If you've been reading much on the forum, you'll see the road to success isn't usually a direct route. Even those of us who have done well with the products have had some flu-like symptoms and interesting reactions but overall for me and my husband it's been positive.

Hang in there and keep us posted

Hi JohnG,
I would wonder too what changed in your life when these "allergy" related symptoms began and investigate that further as Laura suggested.

I know I had sensitivities that occurred but we moved from a dry place to a wet area. When we moved back to a dry area my symptoms went away. I'm guessing mine were related to mold, mildew and moss but not 100%.

I know STRESS can also be a factor. JMHO though.

Good luck and I'll be keeping up with you as I just began on the 14th.

I didn't know about the Flora Protect until I read on here. I may be ordering it. I do have a great Pre and Probiotic that I usually take and have added that to my regime last night.

Good Luck and keep us posted.
Ms. Crappy
